My dad, Kip Longan encouraged me to go into real estate. It is a people business and I am a people person. My parents met and graduated from the University of Arizona so I knew that Tucson was going to be home, when was yet to be decided. I was born in Kansas City and raised in the San Francisco Bay area and used to vacation in Tucson for many years before moving to here full-time in 2006. Before becoming a REALTOR® in 1987, I had careers as a Congressional Analyst, a newspaper reporter, and a ministry coordinator to Christian music artists. I have been licensed REALTOR® in Arizona from the moment I arrived in in 2006.
I am an organized, detail-oriented person with detective skills. I always go the extra mile or miles if needed for my clients. A key element to being a REALTOR® is to make sure I listen to my client’s needs so that I deliver exactly what they are looking for and to give guidance and make sure that they understand every detail along the way.
When I am not showing property I enjoy reading a good book and have a love of Irish music. My husband Michael and I celebrate our wedding anniversary on St. Patrick’s Day (hence my love for Irish Music). After 22 years of marriage, I gave birth to our son, Paul. Despite doctors saying I could not have children this was a true miracle that I am grateful for every single day!
I have been often been described by those who know me to be caring, effective and committed as well as trustworthy and professional. If you want an agent on your side that is looking out for your best interest call me today, I would love to hear from you.
